Microsoft Inks MoU with Guangzhou Government

Microsoft and the city government of Guangzhou, China have signed an MoU to cooperate extensively on software initiatives. Under the MoU, Microsoft and the Guangzhou government will focus on software personnel training, software industry innovation, and development of local software brands. Microsoft will also cooperate with ten local universities and colleges, and set up training courses.
